You forgot to mention how far you are from your Mother-in-law.
Nice numbers.
Sandy Point State Park is a closer "beach." It is on the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis so it isn't really an ocean beach but there is sand, warm salt water (summer), and lots of crabs. Ocean City is worth the drive though, at least once.
