So I am officially Christine Frost Ghazi Moradi!!!!
It was pretty tough to decide whether or not to drop my middle name of Nicole, or drop the Frost or keep both or what...in the end the Frost meant a lot to me, so legally I no longer am Christine Nicole.
But Reza said our first daughter could have the middle name Nicole.

Poky Little Puppy
So the other day Reza was being piddling around way more then normal. So I told him to quit being so poky. He didn't know what I meant by poky, cause apparently he didn't ever read the book "the poky little puppy". I was trying to explain to him the book, and how it's a classic little golden book, and how he was the poky little puppy. So today I bought it for him at target, and he agreed that he is very similar to that poky little puppy.

We were planning on going to Costco to fix our cell phone bill and throw down at the Wireless Advocates kiosk. We have lived the last 1.5 months without a tv, and it has been fine. But then March Madness started, and I was going a bit stir crazy as well sitting at home for lots of hours in silence so a tv was needed sooner or later. I have a little 20 inch tube tv at my old apartment, and Reza thought we were just gonna go pick that one up today after Costco. I was really thinking about just getting him a "real" tv. So we walked into Costco, and I said "pick one". (ok so really there were only 2 that were in our price range that he could pick). But man, the look on Reza's face was priceless. He just didn't know what to do, and now we are watching Xavier win in OT. And he is very content, which means so am I.

Mexican Honeymoon
Well after some drama at CMH we made it to Cancun about 5 hours later then planned. However on our way back home we found out that we were pretty lucky to have made it to Cancun at all on Saturday. Our layover was in Charlotte. We got off the flight and Reza immediately got on the phone with US Airways to rebook, and we looked at the flight info to see the next flight to Cancun. It was leaving in 15 minutes so we just started running. Reza beat me to the gate, and there were only 3 seats left on the plane. There was a family of four in front of us, but four is more then three so we were in!
Cancun was wonderful. We staying in an all-inclusive resort called the Riu Palace Las Americas, and we would definitely recommend it. The food was really good, and you could make dinner reservations at specialty restaurants. We ate Japanese, steak and gourmet cooking! It was also all you can drink, so we were completely full of virgin pina coloda's and coke/7up.
Our room had an ocean view, and we slept each night with the balcony door open so we could hear the ocean. Talk about deluxe!
We went Parasailing. Which I think is wonderful because it's the closest I have come to being able to fly. It was fun to overlook all of the ocean and Cancun.
After a few days of being beach bums, we picked up a sweet little (and I mean little) rental car, and drove south to the Mayan ruin of Tulum. Seeing these huge stone castles and temples that were built thousands of years ago, really makes me think of God and how much he gives his children. He gives us the brain power and the knowledge and strength to be able to build such cool things. Not to mention the beautiful world he created for us. Tulum is right on the edge of a huge cliff that is by the ocean. Which added to it's drama.
Next we went on a huge Mayan adventure and put about 1100 KM on our little car in 2 days while driving across the Yucatan. We stopped at Chichen Itza, the most famous Mayan pyramid, and then we stayed two nights at a bed and breakfast in Izamal, Mexico.
Izamal is a small town of about 15,000 but it has one of the biggest church's/monestaries in the Yucatan Peninsula. The pope even visited the church in 1993! It is called the "golden city" because of all it's buildings are a cool gold color.
The bed and breakfast was amazing, everyone was really friendly, the food was really good, and the gardens were beautiful. But across the street was a bit different.....
