and no I am not referring to our neighbors as being nosy. I in fact am the nosy neighbor. There is a little girl who is approximately 2.5 years old that lives in our little town house building. She is outside a lot walking around the neighborhood with her grandma who I assumes lives with them. And they speak a language I have never heard, or even heard anything like it.
Today the little girl was obviously in trouble and was being yelled at a lot in a very strange language. I wonder where they are from.
